Maureen - I have been a practising therapist for 6 years, successfully working with a wide variety of issues including Anxiety, Bereavement, Fears and Phobias, Inner Child Therapy, Personal Development, Physical Problems and Stress. I am an AAMET Level III EFT Practitioner.

I also hold and Advanced SQA and PDA in Reflexology and have been practising Reiki for 6 years, my lineage is 8th from Dr Usui. I have COSCA4 Counselling Skills Certification, current First Aid at Work Certification and Enhanced Disclosure Scotland. I am a CThA member and am insured by Embody.

Eliza - Eliza is from Edinburgh, Scotland and is an Adv Level III EFT Practitioner and AAMET registered, specialising in personal-confidence coaching, career goals and the relief of self-limiting beliefs with EFT. Eliza's specialisms relate to her long experience in professional theatre, television and radio as an actress, writer and coach.

In 2002, taking a sabbatical to concentrate on her studies, she entered Edinburgh University and graduated MSc(by research). Since then she has been concentrating on coaching and EFT, continuing to study and build her practice at Leith Chiropractic Clinic in Edinburgh. Eliza is a member of the International Coach Federation.
